QUADRO 5-V | Volumetric System Packing Machine for Brick Bags | Zirve International
Designed for packing pasta, legumes, and similar materials from 1 kg to 5 kg.
This machine produces four bag shapes: pillow, Gusset, quadro (Flat bottom bag).
Quadro 5-V is a volumetric packing machine model that operates on a pneumatic system (pistons and air valves system).
This machine is characterized by its simplicity in terms of adjustment, calibration, operation, and maintenance.
The speed of this machine reaches up to 30 packs per minute for some items and a minimum of 5 packs per minute.
Constructed almost entirely from stainless steel 304, it comes with a genuine 2-year warranty.
The compressed air system, with all its parts and details provided in the machine and responsible for the mechanical movements in the machine, is contracted with SMC Japan or FESTO Germany.
Control and automation system PLC + HMI from LS-KOREA.
Protection circuits, switches, and start/stop buttons from SCHNEIDER – FRANCE.
Color sensors and all magnetic sensors for monitoring and coordinating mechanical movements from the distinguished German company SICK.
A volumetric filling system is designed and equipped to suit the nature of the materials to be packed, easy to adjust and calibrate.
Equipped with six telescopic cups (measuring cups) made of food-grade polyamide with mechanical gate systems (German model).
The machine can be equipped with the following additions: date printer, nitrogen injection device, weight checker, handle puncher.
The machine is CE certified and the company and its staff have received numerous honors and hold the European quality certificate ISO 9001.
