Concord Q4 | Weighing Packing Machine for Laundry Detergent, Sugar, Legumes 10kg | Zirve International
Designed for packing laundry detergent, sugar, legumes, and similar items.
These materials are complex in the packing process, so Zirve International developed an electronic weighing system with multi-head weighing as a suitable and unique option for packing laundry detergent, sugar, and legumes.
The machine can be equipped with 4 to 6 weighing heads depending on the weight to be packed and the density of the material.
This machine packs laundry detergent, sugar, and legumes from 3 kg to 10 kg.
The maximum speed of the machine is 30 packs per minute and the minimum speed is 8 packs per minute, depending on the weight to be packed and the dimensions of the package and the type of roll used.
It can be equipped with a special polyethylene sealing system (upon request).
Concord Q4 is a weighing packing machine model that operates on a pneumatic system (pistons and air valves system).
Constructed almost entirely from stainless steel 304, it comes with a genuine 2-year warranty.
The compressed air system, with all its parts and details provided in the machine and responsible for the mechanical movements in the machine, is contracted with SMC Japan or FESTO Germany.
Control and automation system PLC + TOUCH SCREEN from LS-KOREA.
Protection circuits, switches, and start/stop buttons from SCHNEIDER – FRANCE.
Color sensors and all magnetic sensors for monitoring and coordinating mechanical movements from the distinguished German company SICK.
The machine can be equipped with a date printer, weight checker, metal detector, partial air evacuation device, label applicator on the pack surface, and a handle hole puncher.
The machine is CE certified and the company and its staff have received numerous honors and hold the European quality certificate ISO 9001.
