A6 juice filling machine known by several names including Ice Lolly, Lolita, Juice Stick, Sharbat.

The work stages are as follows: The process starts with forming the six packages from

the roll made of polyethylene and polyester in the machine, then the pump draws the juice from the tank attached to the machine and pumps it into the packages.

It is equipped with a pneumatic stroke pump with six pumping heads to fill six different flavors simultaneously in one work cycle.

After that, it seals the packages tightly and sends them to the material receiving conveyor.

The production capacity reaches 160 packages per minute (depending on the desired weight, material type, and bag dimensions).

This machine is characterized by its simplicity, making the processes of adjustment, calibration, operation, and maintenance, if needed, very simple.

Constructed almost entirely from stainless steel 304, it comes with a genuine 2-year warranty.

Equipped with a hexagonal chamber tank, each chamber has a capacity of 100 liters made of stainless steel 304, which can be directly connected to cooking and preparation tanks.

The compressed air system, with all its parts and details provided in the machine and responsible for the mechanical movements in the machine, is contracted with SMC Japan or FESTO Germany.
