Constructed almost entirely from stainless steel 304, it comes with a genuine 2-year warranty.
Advanced welding system with a patent
Designed for packing chips, snacks, nuts, candies, rice, legumes, pasta, and similar items.
This machine employs the latest control and industrial automation devices for programming and operation.
It features a simple software interface available in four languages, with the capability to generate detailed daily production reports.
Equipped with a fault detection system, error correction methods, and alerts for regular maintenance tasks.
The machine includes a vacuum suction system for the belts, ensuring high stability and longer lifespan.
It is fitted with several servo motors from the renowned Korean brand LS, and electrical protection systems,
switches, and breakers from SCHNEIDER – FRANCE.

It also includes an automatic roll deviation monitoring and correction system, along with a detection and alarm system for roll depletion with a quick replacement mechanism.
The machine can be equipped with a date printer, nitrogen injection device, UV sterilization unit for the roll and scale, gift feeder, weight checker, metal detector, partial air evacuation device, label applicator on the pack surface, and a Mexican hanging hole puncher.
The machine is CE certified and the company and its staff have received numerous honors and hold the European quality certificate ISO 9001.
